Over and above being charismatic and energetic, Magubane The Franchiz (born Tebogo Jacko Magubane) can speak 10 out of 11 South African Official Languages. He is a versatile media practitioner who works for Munghana Lonene FM as a Specialist Producer - Sound & Imaging. He is a traffic  presenter on the breakfast show and is also a Club Dj. Magubane does a few activities which includes Events, Voice Overs, Professional Program Directing and Debating just to mention a few.

Magubane is a devotee of proudly South African Music, an upbeat producer and occasional traffic presenter who affirms Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Saviour. He started school in 1988 at Khensani Primary School in Soshanguve where he completed Standard 4 in 1993, he then moved to D.C Marivate Middle School where he completed Standard 7 in 1996. He completed high School in 1999 at Hlanganani High School. He went on to enroll with a private college to complete a Diploma in Administration, then in 2001 he registered Accounting at Technikon Pretoria (now known as TUT) and followed through with various courses in Media and Sound. He is currently studying towards an LLB Degree with UNISA. While he was still at TUT, he participated in a lot of extramural activities and also represented at the National level in Debating.

The journey of Magubane The Franchiz started from the most humble beginnings in Kromkuil (Pretoria), to the plush studios of the SABC before he landed his big break. He was an IT Technician, a Student Publication Editor, then Marketing Officer (Student Development Division) at Tshwane University of Technology. This is where his presenting skills came to the fore later on while doing the Breakfast Show and the Afternoon Drive Show at TUT's Campus Radio Station Top Stereo (now known as Tshwane FM).

He impressed at Munghana Lonene FM's auditions where as a presenter he hosted three popular shows like International Top 30 and "Ta Mbilu Yanga". He then later produced content for the Breakfast Show at the sation. Magubane The Franchiz' star seems to be shining even brightly in radio broadcasting. He is a sought after Club Dj who plays a blend of House music  which he refers to as dust. "My music makes you dance, it is guaranteed. There is bound to be dust when i Deejay", Magubane said.

When he was still a kid, no one expected that Tebogo Magubane would end up in radio. He was a shy and reserved child, often bullied till his matric year. However; he was always a high achiever academically and very competitive. His work has been recognized when he was announced as the Producer of the year at Munghana Lonene FM in 2013.

01 November 2016 saw the release of Magubane' Hit single "Usandidaro" which translates "don't do that to me" in Shona Language of Zimbabwe. The song features our African Queen Oluhle Ncube who is based in the UK and it is based on soul searching by oneself. The single was produced by one of South Africa's most underrated Dj Muzi GP (Vusimuzi Ntatshana). He's an influential player in the South African House Music scene who continues to quench the world's thirst for his sound.

This is what we have quoted from Magubane when we asked about future projects: "I'm not in a rush to release an album, but I'll be releasing a streak of singles with various acclaimed vocalist. so expect more hits because i am more flexible and versatile, i try my very best to diversify and I'm not afraid to try new things. To the youth of South Africa, love what you do and do what you love, thank you"
