It has been reported that Mampintsha turned down an opportunity to allow Babes Wodumo to perform at a festival organized by DJ Tira. According to the report, Mampintsha billed Tira a higher fee to have Babes Wodumo perform at the festival. It seems the fire is burning hot between Dj Tira (Afrotainment) and Mampintsha (West Ink).

Sources have revealed that Mampintsha is still holding the grudge because Babes Wodumo’s dancers left West Ink for Afrotainment and Distruction Boyz did the same.

“Mampintsha did that on purpose because he’s still angry at Dj Tira. This war between them is far from over, despite Dj Tira trying to put aside their differences,” a source revealed.

Dj Tira did confirm this and made it clear that if the fee is unchanged they will have to go ahead without Babes Wodumo on the lineup of the “Gqom In Concert”. “We’re still hoping they can charge us a reasonable fee. We’d really like to have Babes as a part of Gqom In Concert, but if the current fee stands, we won’t have her as part of the concert,” Dj Tira says.
