2017/18 PSL Awards winners, Percy Tau attracts interests overseas

The 2018 Premier Soccer League (PSL) Awards ceremony took place on Tuesday 29/05/2018 to honour best players in the biggest South African league.

Mamelodi Sundowns star player, Percy Tau was crowned The PSL Footballer and Players’ Player of the Season. Pitso Mosimane walked away with the third title as Coach of the Season which he was wrestling for it with Fadlu Davids (Maritzburg United Coach) and Milutin Sredejovic (Orlando Pirates Coach).

It has also been reported that the PSL Footballer and Players’ Player of the season has attracted interests from big European leagues which include: Ligue 1 (France), Serie A (Italy), Bundesliga (Germany), Portuguese League (Portugal) and English Premier League (England) among others. These Leagues have joined a long list of suitors that are bidding for South African Footballer of the Year Percy Tau‚ according to his coach Pitso Mosimane.
It looks increasingly inevitable that the 24-year-old star will be lost to Sundowns come next season.
